Getting an "Insecure Connection" warning page when accessing my site

Hi -- in clicking "My Site" on Wordpress.com from a WP support page, I get a stop-page that says "Your connection is not secure. The owner of custodycompass.com has configured the website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this site. Learn more... [checkbox] Report errors like this to help Mozilla identify and block malicious sites" I can go directly to my site, and a few others have been able to as well. However, I don't want people trying to get to it from another link getting shut down, of course. If this helps: When I open Outlook 2010, to which I have added my custodycompass "info" email account along with four preexisting ones, I now get a pop-up that says "Internet Security Warning The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect." Under View Certificate it shows *.inmotionhosting.com. I've been clicking "Yes," I want to continue using that server. Do I need to fix something there in Outlook as well? Any ideas? I'm very new to this, so apologies for the length and the newbie Qs. Thanks much.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your website connection. Yes, that error comes up when a FireFox is trying to connect to a secure version of a site but the certificate does not pass authentication. I do see the SSL is saying .inmotionhosting.com. I am not seeing an SSL purchase on the account, so if you have an SSL or have recently purchased one, you will want to contact Live Support so they can correct the issue for you. Kindest Regards, Scott M
