Not receiving e-mails from Contact Form

Hi, I have tried 2 different contact forms plugin. The one I want mostly to use is the one built in with the DIVI theme but does not work. I also tried the one built in with Jetpack but that one also does not work.

If I say they do not work it is because I have tried sending me a message from my website with no results.

I installed a plugin (Easy WP SMTP) after making researches on Google but with no results.

Is there another way of doing this so that my customers who are trying to send me via my contact form can pass through?

Hello Rdizazzo, Sorry for the problem with the email not working for your contact forms. We would need more information on the settings you're using for the contact forms. We typically use SMTP to send messages from contact forms in WP. We do have a tutorial for the Easy WP SMTP plugin. Solutions for sending mail are typically based on SMTP or using PHPmail. If you're using SMTP based on an email account , then there should be an existing account in your cPanel. Make sure that you have created an account and used the correct email settings.
