I have VPS. I bought Softaculous. I went to cPanel and clicked the Softaculous icon, but the page that comes up has nothing, no icons to click on, just a title that says "Top Applications" but no applications to select. I clicked on "Classes" at the top of the page and it brought up a left side bar like a table of contents. When I click "Blogging" ther are some icons, but no WP. How can I get WP installed on my VPS site?

Hello,

Sorry for the problem with Softaculous not loading any installation options. You will need to contact our live technical support department unless you have root access. If you have root, you can log in to WHM as root, and then select the the Softcaulous application. Then you go to Software in the menu and select the installations you want to have added into Softaculous. If you do not have root access, then you will need to contact live technical support to make this change for you.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Regards,
Arnel C.
