Merged domains after main domain change

I had a blog that was my main domain, but now it is another domain. The new domain contains all the information of my blog and I cannot access my blog anymore

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about changing your domain in WordPress. I am going to quote the answer I gave earlier because I think it still applies in this case. Please let us know if you have any further questions about these options.
WordPress is dependent on the domain as the root of all the files. Changing that can cause problems but can be easily fixed in most situations by re-defining the Site URL.
In some cases, there may still be links hard-coded into the database with the former domain. You can update those manually with phpMyAdmin, or you can find a WordPress plugin to do the same.
