Domain Transfer unsuccessful. No email received from Melbourne IT

I submitted a domain transfer several weeks ago and completed all of the steps in the walk-through (including the authorization code from the previous hosting company), except the final step as I never received an email from Melbourne IT. I monitored my SPAM folder and my inbox, with no email from them. I contacted support twice in asking what to do and was told to wait longer and one offered to prompt Melbourne IT via email. I still have not received an email from them.

At this point it seems like the process will need to be restarted, at least that would be my impression. Do you have another suggestion of how we can correct this so the domain transfer will proceed?

Hello Tor, Thank you for your contacting us about a failed domain transfer. First, ensure your WHOIS information is correct, specifically the "Admin Email," and "Registrant Email" addresses.
