Will installing or the use of "phpList" email software on our VPS break our PCI Compliance objective?

Hello Systat5, Thanks for the question about installing phpList and if it would break PCI compliance on your VPS. To my knowledge installing phpLIst does not break PCI compliance. It's for outgoing emails, not for incoming traffic. However, if you want to be sure, you can always have the server scanned for PCI compliance after the software is installed. Here is an example of a checklist for PCI compliance that Magento puts out. This is just a general list, you would need to run the scan for compliance if you want to be 100% sure. However, as we mentioned earlier, adding phpList does not break PCI compliance to our knowledge. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
