Webmail: Error 500 - Internal Server Error
Hello,
i contacted the support five times via chat.
problem is for one of our accounts "Web Hosting - Pro Plan, 1 Year".
webmail is not working for any of the included domains in this package!
Every time comes this error:
Error 500 - Internal Server Error
An error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.
It was fixes 5 times (chat support) but after 30 mins / 1 hour the error page is back!
i dont do anything in the mean time! i change no files, nothing! the error just comes out of nowhere.
dont know what to do....

Sorry to hear about your email 500 error. If you have too many IMAP connections, this can cause the error. If you keep getting this over and over, then something or someone is causing the issue. The problem lies in what/who is making so many connections. Unfortunately I am unable to see from here.
I do see you have a new ticket that was sent to Live Support regarding the issue. They will be the ones that can deal with it due to security concerns here in the public area as they may need to ask you account specific questions. I am confident they will help you get this resolved.
