Cannot get to client's temporary cPanel or public_html
Whenever I put in the IP address and the xx.xx.xx.xx/~tempacct instead of pulling up the site at that location, I receive a download. How do I get to the temporary site before the DNS is transferred?
Thank you for contacting us about that PHP download prompt instead of a page. That error does occur from time to time. Usually it can be tracked a line if your .htaccess file that starts with "AddHandler". I advise you comment out that line.
For example, if you see a line that begins with "AddHandler" add a hashtag before it:
#Addhandler ...
