BoldGrid inspirations not working

I have installed Boldgrid to my website in wordpress. In step 1, I am selecting any one of the categories listed there, but when it prompts to step 2 it says,"An error occurred while processing your request, please try again later." What should I do? Please help.

Thank you for contacting us about Boldgrid Inspirations not working. We'll be happy to look into this with you. I suggest you try disabling any plugins you're not currently using. It's possible another plugin can be conflicting with Boldgrid. If that doesn't work then perhaps you can try reinstalling.
