Why can't you transfer domains with .mx extension

I purchased a reseller account 80 gb for 12 months. Apparently, you can not transfer websites that end with the extension .mx (I have one I need to transfer ASAP MDBG.mx).

I would like to know why you cannot transfer this website, as opposed to MDBG.com?

I reside in Mexico, and this would become a continual problem.

My second problem is that no matter what I do, I can't seem to be able to access my main domain, or even the sub-domain I created, in order to add a package, or anything. It says that I don' have any accounts listed... (WHM) ?

Please help...

I have had a couple of Chats, with no success. I am going to cancel my account very soon.

Hello Bernier,

Thank you for your question about transferring .mx extensions and not being able to see your sites.

With not being able to see your site,. , I am not sure what you are seeing. The domain name itself is pointing correctly and the subdomain is bringing up a site very nicely. Is there anything specific you can tell us that you should or should not be seeing? Any relevant URLs would also be helpful.

As to your question on the .mx domain, it is true that you are not allowed to transfer .mx domains to us as a registrar. We partner with a registrar and they only work with .com, .net, .org, .info, .us, and .biz domains.

You are, of course welcome to keep the domain registered where it is and simply point it to our name servers.

I am not sure what you are asking as far as the WHM. Could you be more specific as to what you are trying to accomplish?

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
