Image Upload Error in Backend of PrestaShop

Hello there,

i have been tying to add an image to my product in my online store but when i try to upload the image, i get an error saying "error while creating additional image" and i observed that this error was due to my database i guess. please i need this fixed as soon as possible.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with uploading images in PrestaShop. Though we are able to duplicate the issue, we are not able to determine the exact cause. It is within PrestaShop itself, however. There can be different fixes, depending on what is causing it and what version you are on, etc. First, be sure to upgrade to the latest version. If that does not correct the issue, you will want to go through the PrestaShop forums and try the different fixes they provide. Kindest Regards, Scott M
