An email to one user is returning to sender: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: ***@***.com local delivery failed The following text was generated during the delivery attempt: ------ ***@***.com ------ [2015-12-11 13:14:17 -0500] die [Internal Death while parsing 6292] Can't find Unicode property definition "a" at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/BoxTrapper/CORE.pm line 208, line 59. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/BoxTrapper/CORE.pm line 208, line 59. [A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.] ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------ I've checked the whitelist and there doesn't appear to be any syntax errors and the sender's email is definitely in the whitelist correctly (name\@host\.com)

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the syntax error "Can't find Unicode property" in Boxtrapper. This type of error is specific to the rules added to Boxtrapper. The most common fix, if you know which rule is failing, is to remove and readd it. If there is more than one rule, you can still do this, but remove and test them one at a time.

Kindest Regards,
