Remove PayPal payment button
Need to remove the PayPal icon on several pages.
Can inspect the element and download the HTML code but have no idea how or where to upload the modified file.

Thank you for your question on how to remove a PayPal button from your WordPress site. I checked your site and did not see the paypal button you were referencing. However, as this is not standard WordPress, the button likely comes from a plugin. You will simply need to locate which plugin it is and see if it has a PayPal option in the configuration that you can disable.
