PrestaShop Shipping by Price Range?

Can anyone who knows about PrestaShop answer the following?
I use a drop shipper for order fulfillment, and they charge for shipping by price....
$24.99 to $39,99 = $10.00 for shipping
$40.00 to $49.99 =$12.50 for shipping

Is this possible in PrestaShop?
