I am getting an error in Filezilla while connecting.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are getting a 530 authentication error when logging into your account with FileZilla. With the 530 Authentication error, there are only a few things that can be incorrect. Be sure to check your server hostname, the FTP username, and FTP password. Your master FTP username and password is the same as your cPanel username and password. If you do not specify a port, it should use the default port of 21 to try and connect. Be sure to check out our starter guide to FTP for more information. Kindest Regards, Scott M
