Apache modules showing inactive despite active compression

I'm trying to apply disk enhanced Page Cache and Browser Cache using W3 Total Cache wordpress plugin, but it's showing that the Apache modules: mod_deflate, mod_env, mod_expires, mod_headers, mod_mime, mod_rewrite, mod_setenvif are not detected, although when I check in cPanel under Optimize Website option, the option to Compress All Content is already active. Any idea how to activate those modules?
