Have an issue where I click plugins in wordpress where you can view installed and add plugins to your wordpress site, a message comes up "page not found".
So anyway since i researched and didnt find anything and my former web hosting had no one to speak too, I considered transferring to Inmotion. When they was trying to migrated my site they emailed me this error came up:

Notice: wp_localize_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.) in /home/insolt5/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3560

I am not a developer and no developer did my website by the way.
