GeoIP.dat File from Opencart extensions
I'm unable to open up our Opencart admin panel. I get the following message:
Can not open catalog/controller/module/geoip-filter-data/GeoIP.dat
I have tried file rights, changing the extension's setting in the database to disable and other such things... This almost seems like it doesn't know how to open it and that is why I get that message. This would be no different then me trying to open up a PDF file without having adobe installed. Does that sound about right with my issue or are there any other thoughts or suggestions out there?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the GeoIP module in OpenCart. I'm happy to help you. It sounds like there's an issue, possibly with the file being corrupt. I'd suggest either finding the same file in an older backup and try restoring that or downloading the module again and attempting to re-install. Unfortunately, troubleshooting third party plugins can be difficult. I'd suggest reaching out to the module developers to see if they can help as well.
