Cannot receive email from Server (Sender Bounce Back)

Our local bank has used their customer service email address to send us information. Unfortunately, it gets bounced back to them with the error "Remote Server returned [< #5.5.0 smtp;550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)>'] Is this something on our end that needs to be changed? I do not have any blacklisted domains, spam caches, or filtering setup. I also checked the domain on Inmotionhosting.com's blacklist and it was not blacklisted on any of the servers. Thanks,

Hello allstar3500, Thank you for contacting us about a returned/bounced email. The Invalid HELO name error is often caused by a mis-configured sending mail server. Since it is a setting on an external server, we do not have access to change it. We are happy to investigate further, but will need additional information, such as the sending email address. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, John-Paul
