How to block garbage TLDs who generate nothing but spam

Over the past month or two we have been getting a huge stream of spam from garbage TLDs like .review, .faith, .racing, and others. At first I started added filters to block all email from these domains but that effort rapidly turned into a game of Whack-a-mole. Does anybody know of a filter which can be used from the cPanel to block all of the garbage TLDs?

Hello, Sorry for the problems with Spam. Have you tried using SpamAssassin to help with the issue? Make sure to check out the Preventing Spam section of the email educational channel.
