How to upload a folder

Please what should I do if I want to upload a folder. I followed the steps: cpanel - file manager- public ftp root ; and the upload button only allows for file upload which in my case won't be efficient. So is there a way I can upload a folder. ?

Hello, In order to upload a folder you will either need to compress it on your PC then upload that file and uncompress it afterwards, or use an FTP client to upload your folder. I would suggest FileZilla as the program is pretty straight forward in what it can do and how to setup the connection. Best Regards, TJ Edens
