What is error 11004?

I incorrectly entered incoming & outgoing when setting up email. Should be in- POP3 out-SMTP. How do I correct this?

Hello, Sorry for the problems with your Outlook email settings. If you entered it incorrectly, then you go back into your settings and change them. There are far too many versions of Outlook for me to give you specific directions. You will need to look at your Outlook version instructions to find out how to make those setting changes.
