Where to set the DNS for a concrete cPanel?

I have 2 cpanels in my vps. I have set the dns in the Registrar to inmotion but it only seems to work with one cpanel. ¿Is there any place where I can redirect the dns to one or another cpanel at my will?

The determining factor in WHERE your DNS is set are the name servers that are set to the domain name that you want to use for the website. If those domain name servers are pointed to our hosting, then InMotion Hosting is where you must make your DNS changes that affect your site. If your DNS is pointing to a different location such as the registrar of that domain, then your DNS changes must occur on their servers - not InMotion.
