Hello,

For my account http://www.prarthi.com/ i am installing Payment option in my open cart application but it showing : requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.

By searching in support i have try following things :
Put zend_extension="/usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so" in PHP.ini file
Also Check PHP version its PHP 5.4
Also run PHPINFO, but not found any ioncube plugin. http://www.prarthi.com/test.php

Hello Ashu.atpl, Sorry for the problem with the ioncube loader. There are two things you can do to possible solve the issue: you can change the PHP version in cPanel, or you can try renaming your PHP.INI files so that you are using the default server one. When you rename the PHP.INI file, you can name it something like "phpini.backup" - anything so that it is no longer "php.ini". Remember that PHP.INI files can be in multiple places in your account. You can make the PHP.INI file recursive, meaning that only ONE php.ini file affects your installation. Check the link for that tutorial. If you are on a VPS or Dedicated server, you may need to submit a support ticket in order to have our live support team add the script that allows you to switch PHP versions. If the switch to the correct version or the removal of the PHP.INI file do not work, then you will need to indicate that in a ticket. The live technical support team can have the necessary loaded if possible. I hope that helps to answer your question! If you require further assistance, please let us know! Regards, Arnel C.
