Wordpress missing files high traffic

Hi everyone,
I'm having this little annoying issue. When my website is highly visited, randomly images disappears and I need to empty cache through w3total cache plugin.
Is there a way to prevent this issue? Same happened using a CDN service (Cloudflare free plan).

Hello Korgzero,

Yes it is very possible that W3 Total Cache could cause this. Have you tried disabling the plugin entirely to see if it resolves your issue?
