Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

PageSpeed Insights tells me to do this to increase my loading speed. I've tried several plugins that say they will do this or things like this. The top speed I get is 75/100. Autoptomize might give 85/100 for desktop but I transferred my sites to InMotion before I finished the tests.

How can I eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content?

Hello KarenKline, Thank you for your question on removing render-blocking javascript and CSS. According to Google, this normally means moving the javascript to the footer area.
