As an Opencart Admin how do you add a product to a user's account?

Hi Guys,

I have a customer who already has an account on my OpenCart site and just ordered a product over the phone and paid for it. How do I now add that product to the user's account?

Hello Alex, Thank you for contacting us about adding a product to an account. If they have already placed an order, you can edit the order and add the product. This is covered in the official OpenCart documentation. There is no "built in" way to take phone orders in OpenCart. They discuss possible workarounds here in the forums, or you could use one of the many 3rd party extension. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, John-Paul
