Horde webmail - image html signature issue

Hi there,

So, I'm using Horde and I'm trying to set an image in my html signature. I can get the text, links etc to work.

Whenever I add an image it shows in the actual signature settings page, then when I test it by email one of my other accounts. It shows a broken link box.

So, I'm using my cpanel file manager to upload my image. As you can see, it's called mail_sig.jpg

And, this is how I'm getting the url for my mail signature image.

Again, as you can see, the image is visible in my signature settings. But whenever I test it and actually send an email out. #1 the sig is not visible when composing a new message. And #2 the image shows a broken link when receiving an email.

Please give me a hand here. Thanks,

Dan

Hello Danrs88,

Thank you for contacting us about using an HTML signature in Horde. The Horde HTML signature does not work on our shared servers. Since your site is not hosted with us, I recommend checking with your host to verify this.

Alternately, you can use Roundcube for Webmail, which should let you create an HTML signature.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post the below.

Thank you,

John-Paul
