I haven't even set my website up yet but when trying to sign into the WordPress dashboard using my admin address, I get the following response: This page isn’t working www.example.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Can you help?
I'm unable to edit my web page using elementor. The page can be launched but the Elementor is grey off.
Hi, Christinac! I checked Elementor's documentation, and it looks like this is usually caused by a plugin, theme, or browser conflict. I would start by deactivating plugs and see if you can narrow it down to which one is causing the issue. If it doesn't seem to be a plugin, you can then try troubleshooting themes and other steps they suggest. I hope that helps!
Have a problem. I think have made a mistake. My account is for domain A. I created a new domain B, but (here comes the error) selected the option Share document root (/home/user5/public_html) with “A” (instead of create a subdomain).
I install a new WordPress but B redirects to A. Have delete the domain and want to unistall tha WordPress instance in B.
This will afect my A site?
Thank you for your question regarding domain names. Depending on how you plan on uninstalling the site, it may impact the other site. If you are uninstalling WordPress via Softaculous, you should be able to uninstall WordPress on that site without interfering with other sites.
Hi, I bought crio supertheme but I can't install it, is there any installation guide? I don't know if i bought it under the wrong account
Hi Carlus, sorry that you ran into trouble installing your premium version of the Crio super-theme. Here is our guide to installing the Crio supertheme's premium version! Remember, you'll need to set this all up from within BoldGrid Central.
If you run into trouble with the purchase and it does not seem to be linked to the right account, our 24/7 Billing and Customer Service team can assist you! If everything is linked to the right account but installation proves difficult, our also-24/7 Technical Support team will be here to help!
My site says that I have Boldgrid Ninja Forms installed. Additionally, I have the plugin's Ninja Forms and Ninja Forms Paypal Express. I attempted to install the Ninja Forms add-on for forms builder but I received a fatal error stating that it was already installed with Boldgrid. How would I access this feature? When I go to use the Forms and build one, I don't have the ability to create columns or adjust the widths of the fields. Is there something special I need to know to either turn that feature on or access it another way?
I believe there was an issue with a wordpress plugin I had on my sites -- and now I am unable to access any of them. I'm really not sure what to do here. Please advise? Here is an example if I try to go to my site, it will redirect to something like this:
Thank you for your question regarding WordPress plugins. It is possible that one of the plugins installed is causing this redirect. I recommend deleting the installed plugins from the WordPress site files to restore access to your site. I recommend contacting Technical Support for direct assistance with that task:
site is not displaying now. Warning: require(/home/isabel13/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/isabel13/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 25 Fatal error: require(): Failed openin
Hi Linda! This error usually seems related to a theme or plugin that has not been updated and is thus looking for something that isn't there.
First, please make sure that the filepath you listed is the same one your server is currently using. If all of your configuration data is set up for /home/isabel13/public_html and your site/cPanel say something different, that could cause this error.
If those match, try moving your PHP version back to an older one like 5.6. That may allow you to access the site and update your themes/plugins.
If that does not work, you an always try temporarily deactivating your plugins and setting things back to a default theme-- though be sure that you have taken backups before doing so, especially of the database.
