Owncloud Connection Issue

nekobaby 7 years ago in Our Software and Tools / Cpanel 0
I've installed Owncloud from the cpanel apps. Everything looks all setup correctly, but it is not possible to sync using my desktop, ipad, or iPhone apps. I think it may be an issue in the backend with the apaches handler or maybe even WebDAV.

It gives me a trying to connect/successfully connected message and then. . . .

It gives error 301:
Remote folder clientsync creation failed with error 301.
An ownCloud connection could not be established. Please check again

It looks like Owncloud was update end of last month, so maybe something changed?

I can log directly in through my browser with no problem and when I plug in the Website.com/owncloud/remote.php/WebDAV or
owncloud.website.com/remote.php/WebDAV I can login with no issues at all.

so I definitely think it's backend related somehow. Any ideas?

Mail Delivery Reports empty

ghjdfgfdg 7 years ago in Our Software and Tools / Cpanel 0
Hi,

I'm trying to check if all emails sent thru my server are delivered, received, etc. I'm pretty sure they're been delivered by the server, but when I try to check for statistics using WHM/Email/Mail Delivery Reports, the list is always empty.

I've a VPS plan, is there any kind of configuration to be done?

Tks in advance,

Andre

But, that's not helping.

I have trouble in installing Apache::GeoIP (1.99) perl module in cPanel.
Here are steps to reproduce the problem.
1. I log in AMP.

Web Log Not Being Archived

AZUKHiker 7 years ago in Our Software and Tools / Cpanel 0
My web log was last archived August 2012 and Webalizer and Awstats have not been updated since August either. The raw log file is just increasing in size.

Is there anything I need to reset to get the logs archiving again.

Softaculous not recognizing manual WordPress upgrade

jdgrimes 7 years ago in Our Software and Tools / Cpanel 0
Hi, I updated from WordPress 3.4.2 to 3.5 about a week ago. I didn't use Softaculous, I did it through the WordPress dashboard. Now Softaculous is giving me a message saying that I can upgrade from WordPress 3.4.2 to 3.5. Apparently it doesn't know that I already did it, just not through Softaculous. Is there a way I can tell Softaculous that I've already updated, or is this just a bug in the software?

Thanks,

J.D.
