How do I Redirect http:// and non-www Requests to https://www.?

When people visit my site without www or without https I would like them redirected to https://www.timgoodspeed.com

I have the following code in htaccess:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.timgoodspeed.com%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301,NE]


RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^timgoodspeed.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.timgoodspeed.com/$1 [L,R=301,NC]

It works in some cases, but if I visit http://timgoodspeed.com it does not redirect.

How can I Encrypt the HTML in an SSL link, so it is not legible?

I'm creating a hard coded page where I add links to different pages, including a library and a remote shopping cart. I do not want anyone to see or be able to browse the actual code of the link itself. Normally that is a rather easy thing to do, follow links on remote servers and pull up images and source code. I want to prevent someone else from doing it to me. Yes I know I am using SSL (https://mydomain.com) so my data is safe. I just do not want anyone to see the link at all. Does IMH have a tool for this?

the edit is not updated. Now the page has plugin error and can’t fix too. 

It’s probably still with the old hosting - but their service ends this Sunday. 

I emailed you guys but no response.

Thanks for posting your question regarding troubleshooting the website located on your subdomain. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with it loading after the migration was completed. I recommend reviewing the website over a hosts file modification to determine whether the issue is on your old host's server and if it is displaying on the InMotion server. To troubleshoot a plugin issue, you may need to reach out to the developer of the plugin to determine a resolution or if there is a bug that they need to resolve themselves. You also may want to reach out to them to determine what the minimum requirement are as well.


You can always contact our Live Technical Support to assist with reviewing the server logs to determine if there is an issue that can be addressed on the server that your account is housed in.
