an associate of mine e-mail email@example.com send message to my e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org but his message is bounced back to him in Netherlands I do get messages from other parts of the globe.
Thank you for contacting us about an email to you being bounced back. If you can get a copy of the email, our BounceBack Parser tool can help narrow down the cause. Also, here is a helpful article on email bouncebacks and errors.
Also, the cPanel Mail logs may provide additional clues or record of the email transmission.
I've got contacts saved in my inbox. A couple of things, 1) I only see them when I use RoundCube, not in Horde at all. 2) when I attempt to export all, only 1 contact gets exported. 3) I've attempted to sync to Outlook using IMAP and POP but the contacts do not show up. Any help would be appreciated.

My domain was purchased through WIX a month ago. WIX is stating that I cannot change the domain for 60 days from purchase. How do I go about pointing it to Inmotion?
We have internet access, but our email is not downloading. We haven't changed anything on our laptops, it just stopped downloading. (Inmotion is receiving it.)
The page you have with that info does not work. Oops! That page can’t be found.
Thanks for posting your question regarding pointing your domain name to our nameservers. I'm sorry that the guide you found was not working. You should find the information you're looking for in our guide DNS and Nameserver Changes.
If you are trying to transfer your domain registration, then our guide How to transfer domains in AMP can guide you through that process.
If you are unsure of what action you need to take, be sure to check out our guide Domain Names – Registrar Transfer versus NameServer Change for more information.
I hope this helps.
the edit is not updated. Now the page has plugin error and can’t fix too.
It’s probably still with the old hosting - but their service ends this Sunday.
I emailed you guys but no response.
Thanks for posting your question regarding troubleshooting the website located on your subdomain. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with it loading after the migration was completed. I recommend reviewing the website over a hosts file modification to determine whether the issue is on your old host's server and if it is displaying on the InMotion server. To troubleshoot a plugin issue, you may need to reach out to the developer of the plugin to determine a resolution or if there is a bug that they need to resolve themselves. You also may want to reach out to them to determine what the minimum requirement are as well.
You can always contact our Live Technical Support to assist with reviewing the server logs to determine if there is an issue that can be addressed on the server that your account is housed in.
I hope this helps.
I transferred my domain to another host but still need access to my Wordpress install to transfer certain articles.
Thanks for posting your question regarding how to access your WordPress website on InMotion Hosting's servers while your domain is hosted elsewhere. As long as your hosting subscription is still active with InMotion Hosting, you can modify your hosts file on your computer to accomplish this. This will allow you to use your domain to access the WordPress installation on InMotion's server, while not disrupting your website hosted elsewhere.
I hope this helps!
