I got a notification that I'm in a backup manager free trial, and after that I'll be charged in automatic, but as it is not a service I use I'm not interested in paying the fee.
How can I remove the service from my account?
If you feel that you do not want the added protection the Backup Manager affords you, you can simply cancel the service anytime within the first 90 days of your trial by logging into your Account Management Panel and selecting the My Subscriptions option. It's that easy.
We recently transferred a domain to inmotion. It is now registered on tucows. I noticed that it is protected and I want to verify the technical and administrative contacts. How can I do this?
I'm new using the backup manager. I selected for my home directory to back up every 3 days. It said my website was too big and I need a new 10GB block so I bought it. What I don't understand is if my back up will overwrite the old backup every 3 days re-using my 20GB space or they will pile up every time asking me to buy new blocks.
... so i want to know how and why if i can't even login or find my user domin how do i got billed....

Thank you for contacting us about hosting a domain that ends in ".ng" While you can't register the domain through us, you can still host any website on our servers. I recommend registering the domain with a registrar that sells .ng URLs, then pointing to our Nameservers.
Is there any way I can go to a month to month payment. Right now it is just not feasible to do the yearly payment for me.
