I got a notification that I'm in a backup manager free trial, and after that I'll be charged in automatic, but as it is not a service I use I'm not interested in paying the fee.
How can I remove the service from my account?
If you feel that you do not want the added protection the Backup Manager affords you, you can simply cancel the service anytime within the first 90 days of your trial by logging into your Account Management Panel and selecting the My Subscriptions option. It's that easy.
what is my current status on billing? Do I own anything or when will I owe another payment on my website?

Hi, Duke! Sorry to hear you're having trouble finding what you're looking for. You should be able to update your financial information by logging in to AMP. Once there, you can change your credit card and update your billing information. If you cannot log in, here is a guide on changing your AMP password. If you run into trouble, please contact our live Customer Service team and they'll be able to assist you with any billing issues by directly checking your account!
Has Inmotion closed down? I've created multiple support tickets with no answer, got bounced from 3 chat sessions and been on hold for hours?
