How can I opt out of backup manager?

I got a notification that I'm in a backup manager free trial, and after that I'll be charged in automatic, but as it is not a service I use I'm not interested in paying the fee.

How can I remove the service from my account?

Answer

If you feel that you do not want the added protection the Backup Manager affords you, you can simply cancel the service anytime within the first 90 days of your trial by logging into your Account Management Panel and selecting the My Subscriptions option. It's that easy.

Domain transfer

My website/domain has .global extension and the current registrar is domain.com. i'm planning to get web hosting service from inmotion and I'd like to know if i can transfer my domain to inmotion hosting. Does inmotion get domains with .global extension  transferred under its registrar?

Thank you for your question regarding .global extensions and domain registration changes. Unfortunately, we do not currently support registrations for the .global TLD, however you can still host that domain here by pointing your name servers to your InMotion Hosting account. Add back website and email

At one time you had my domain, website and email. I maintained the domain but let the website and email expire. Can I get my website and email put back in service?

Hello, for your privacy I removed the domain name listed from your post. While data is sometimes maintained for a brief period after an account cancellation, the space is ultimately reclaimed by the server after cancellation, effectively clearing it out. 


There is  a chance that accounts which have been cancelled for less than three months will still have their data, but accounts that have been cancelled for longer than three months will have been reclaimed by the server and the data will no longer be available. 


If you would like to check on specifics of a particular account, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Technical Support team. We can also help you restore any backups of your site which you may have once you set your account up again!

Get rid of credit card pre-authorization

I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT CARD USED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I thought I had this cleared with you guys last year. How can I make this happen without going through your AMP ?
