# How to Get Support for InMotion Central

## Get Support For a Team

### Starting a Chat

1. [Log into InMotion Central](https://central.inmotionhosting.com/login).
2. Click **Teams** on the main menu.

4. Click the **Requests** sub-menu.

6. In the chat window, type a brief summary of your question, the Subscription that’s impacted, and click **Start Chat**.

### Submitting a Ticket

1. [Log into InMotion Central](https://central.inmotionhosting.com/login).
2. Click **Teams** on the main menu.
3. Click on the name of the Team you want to work with.
4. Click the **Requests** sub-menu.

7. Choose a **Category** from the dropdown list. The options are *Technical Support* or *Billing*.
8. Enter a **Description** for your issue.
9. Click the **Send** button. After submitting a ticket request, it will be listed on the *Requests* page with the subject, created at time/date, last activity time/date, and status.

### Viewing Requests

1. [Log into InMotion Central](https://central.inmotionhosting.com/login).
2. Click **Teams** on the main menu.
3. Click on the name of the Team you want to work with.
4. Click the **Requests** sub-menu. You will then see a list of your closed and open support tickets for your team. 5. With an **Open Ticket**, you have the ability to add comments and updated information to the ticket.
