There will be a continuation of the planned maintenance activities in the East Coast Data Center for November 19. We make every effort to minimize downtime on our servers. However, maintenance and resulting downtime is at times necessary to ensure the stability and security of our hosting environment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these scheduled activies are completed. Each of the servers affected by the maintenance are listed below. Click here if you require assistance in finding your server information. These activities will involve:

  • Network hardware upgrade (continuation from November 18)
  • Ecbiz71 server restart
  • Hardware upgrade for ecvp117 server

On November 19, the network hardware will continue (started on November 18) resulting in up to 15 minutes of outage. There is no expected impact to customer servers.

On November 19 at 11:00 PM, ecbiz71 and ecvp117 will undergo scheduled maintenance. The impact of the ecbiz71 restart will be that the server is unavailable until the reboot is complete. 1. Hello Misamei,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. We would need more information in order to assist you, however. What type of error are you getting? Is it a credential error? Is it a connection error? Does it do it with different devices on different networks? Have you tried to reset your cPanel password via the AMP?

I see you have not yet contacted our Live Support team, does this mean you have resolved the problem on your own?

We are most willing to assist you, we just need to know the details so we can do it properly.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M
