Who is impacted?All customers attempting to access their Account Management Panels
Time of Maintenance:March 16, 2016 11pm PST
Expected Duration:Expected AMP downtime less than 30 minutes

Additional information

All customers will not be able to access their Account Management Panel(AMP), update billing information, or order new services during the maintenance. This will not affect customers websites, email, or cPanel accounts.The maintenance window will also affect our Support Department’s ability to access accounts during this time. If you have additonal questions or concerns please feel free to leave a comment below and a Customer Community member will be happy to address it.

    1. Says websites will not be impacted but mine is unavailable. Been trying to load it for almost ten minutes.

  1. We have had loads of trouble since upgrading to VPS a couple of weeks ago. My business cannot afford this. Our service relies heavily on the backend. The website has either been terribly slow or down, which is damaging my business. If it is not fixed VERY soon, I am going to have to switch hosting companies.
