Emergency Maintenance Announcement

Our systems team will be working on two specific servers between 10PM and 12 AM (PST) tonight. Biz117 has a bad RAID card that will need to be replaced. LD125 has a failed drive that needs to be replaced.

Maintenance is being performed by on the West Coast and is expected to take 20 minutes of downtime for each server. No loss of data is expected in either activity. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work to ensure the stability of these servers.

    1. Hello David,

Thank you for hanging with us during this ordeal. The server is reported to be back up and running. Obviously something went very wrong during the swap and our Systems team worked diligently to recover the data and get i t back. As you are on an ld server, all the accounts are very large and took time to recover fully. Please accept our apologies for the downtime. I do see your site up and running this morning, so please let our Support team know if there are ANY issues so they can get right on it.

For the future, the Live Support team is available 24/7 so if there are any questions about an issue, you can always contact them to get a status update.
      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

    2. Hello David,

We did have an update page for your particular server. This was last updated on 9/26 as they were still working on it. The issues seem to have since been corrected. We do apologize for the downtime but GREATLY appreciate your patience in the matter. I will forward your suggestion on to the upper management for improvement.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M
