Starting at roughly 3:20PM EST on 4/25/2013 our senior system administration staff noticed a problem with the connectivity to our East Coast data center.
At this time, we currently have multiple teams working on getting these connectivity issues quickly resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience to your business or personal website during these connectivity problems, and appreciate your paitence while we work dilligently to get everything back online as quickly as possible.
UPDATE: 4/25 4:00PM EST – At this time full connectivity to our East Coast data center has been restored. We are still in the process of reviewing all of our data before releasing a statement as to what exactly happened causing this problem.
