# How to Review Email Logs in BoxTrapper

As we continue our series on the BoxTrapper email tool, we will now show you how to **review BoxTrapper mail logs**. The logs are organized by day and can be helpful when investigating lost or delayed email.

**Note:** [BoxTrapper must be enabled](/support/edu/cpanel/enable-boxtrapper-in-cpanel/) before you can complete this guide.

## Reviewing Mail Logs

1. [Log into your cPanel](https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/cpanel/how-to-log-into-cpanel/).
