Email Tech Support to restore a full cPanel Backup

At this point, you should have already uploaded a backup file to your InMotion Hosting account. Customers cannot restore a full cPanel backup on their own. However, by simply sending a verified email to our support department, we’d be happy to restore the backup for you.

In the email to support ( you’ll want to include a few pieces of important information:

Primary Domain This can be found in AMP
File Location Where can we find the backup file in your account? Where did you upload it?
File name Be sure to let us know the name of your backup file
Verification This can be either the last four digits of the credit card or the current AMP password

Also, be sure to let us know that you would like us to restore a cPanel backup for you.
