At this point, you should have already uploaded a backup file to your InMotion Hosting account. Customers cannot restore a full cPanel backup on their own. However, by simply sending a verified email to our support department, we’d be happy to restore the backup for you.
In the email to support (firstname.lastname@example.org) you’ll want to include a few pieces of important information:
|Primary Domain||This can be found in AMP|
|File Location||Where can we find the backup file in your account? Where did you upload it?|
|File name||Be sure to let us know the name of your backup file|
|Verification||This can be either the last four digits of the credit card or the current AMP password|
Also, be sure to let us know that you would like us to restore a cPanel backup for you.
