How to Whitelist or Blacklist in SpamExperts

One of the most common tasks in a spam prevention program is whitelisting and blacklisting email addresses or domains. This helps you tailor spam monitoring programs such as SpamExperts to allow or deny specific domains or email addresses. 1. We are receiving e-mails masquerading as coming from a legitimate user. Can we have the system quarantine anything from a specific user address to let us check it by previewing it before we release it to the recipient(s) ?

  2. Hello, what happens if someone is placed on both the whitelist and blacklist? I would like to blacklist a Top-Level Domain (ie. all of .us) but also whitelist a particular safe domain address (ie. safesender.us). Would this work as intended?

    1. Theoretically, yes that should work as intended. Although I have never tried the scenario you described exactly, the whitelist rules will have higher priority than the blacklist rules. I do recommend testing this to be sure though!
