# Test WordPress Accessibility with Access Monitor

While [WP Accessibility](/support/edu/wordpress/how-to-install-wp-accessibility-wordpress-plugin/) helps improve WordPress accessibility compliance, Access Monitor schedules different types of [accessibility tests](https://tenon.io/documentation/what-tenon-tests) within your WordPress dashboard. Now, you can save and compare test results instead of depending on external web apps such as [WAVE.Webaim.org](https://WAVE.Webaim.org).

Accessibility is becoming a more known aspect of overall website performance whether you’re using our Nginx-powered **[WordPress Hosting](https://www.inmotionhosting.com/wordpress-hosting)** or third-party integrations to enhance user experience.

Below we’ll cover the following:

- [Install Access Monitor](#install)
- [Register Tenon.io Account](#tenon)
- [Accessibility Reports](#reports)

## Configure Access Monitor

1. [Log into WordPress](/support/edu/wordpress/logging-into-wordpress-dashboard/).
2. Install the [Access Monitor](/support/edu/wordpress/plugins/install-wordpress-plugins/) plugin.
3. Hover over **Access Monitor** on the left and click **Access Monitor Settings**.
4. Create a [Tenon.io](https://tenon.io/pricing.php) account for an API key.
5. In your Tenon.io dashboard, click **API Key**.
6. Paste your Tenon API key in your WordPress dashboard and **Update Settings**.
7. On the left, click **Add New Report** under *Access Monitor*.
8. Configure your desired report and **Create Accessibility Report**.

## Accessibility Reports
