# WordPress HTTP Headers Plugin – Export and Import Settings

The [HTTP Headers plugin](https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/plugins/http-headers-security/) advanced settings allow you to easily [export](#export) and [import](#import) its settings for faster WordPress site setup.

Before you continue:

1. [Log in to your WordPress dashboard](https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/logging-into-wordpress-dashboard/).
2. On the left, hover over *Settings* and click **HTTP Headers**.
3. Click **Advanced Settings** at the top.

## Export

Click **Export** to download the SQL settings file.

## Import

Click **Choose file…** to choose a file. Then, **Import Settings**.
