# How to base Free Shipping on price in PrestaShop 1.5

In a previous article, we discussed how to set up free shipping. This PrestaShop article discusses how to set the Free Shipping to activate at a specific price point. For example, if you want to make all orders over $50 come with free shipping. Use the instructions below to specify a specific price point for Free Shipping.

**Setting free shipping based on price in PrestaShop 1.5**

1. [ Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 dashboard](/support/edu/prestashop/login-to-dashboard/).
2. Using the top menu bar, hover over the **Shipping** tab and select the **Shipping** option.
3. This brings you to the *Shipping configuration* screen. Look for the field named **Free shipping starts at** that has the **$** to the right side of the data box. (You may have a different currency if your default is set differently.) Enter the total amount you wish to set the free shipping to. In our example, we set Free Shipping to begin at $50.[![free-price-shipping](https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/edu_prestashop1.5_Shipping_shipping_free-shipping-price_free-price-shipping.png)](/support/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/edu_prestashop1.5_Shipping_shipping_free-shipping-price_free-price-shipping.png)
4. Click on the green Save button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
