  • Hi there, i have created a coupon; all fields i’ve filled out are correct as far as i’m aware, as i’ve followed a tutorial online. now in the checkout section i type in my code making sure it’s an item covering the coupon and it’s saying “Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it’s usage limit!” my website is not yet live, i was just testing in the cart to make sure it is working?

Thank you for your question. I found a lot of people with similar issues using OpenCart coupons.

In the Official OpenCart Forum, they discuss several solutions. That is most likely the best starting point for troubleshooting the problem.
