## Fix the 500 Error:

1. [Log into your Joomla 2.5 Admin area](/support/edu/joomla/joomla-3/how-to-log-in-to-administrative-dashboard/).
2. Roll your mouse over the **Extensions** option, then click **Extension Manager**.
3. Click the **Database** tab, then click the **Fix** button.
