How to Login to cPanel

cPanel is a great tool for managing your websites, but only if you can actually access it! This tutorial discusses the multiple ways to login to cPanel: via AMP and via multiple direct login URLs. We’ll also cover common reasons why you may have trouble logging in.

Don’t have time to read our full article? Watch our walk-through video.

Access cPanel from within AMP

Accessing cPanel from within AMP is a very straightforward process:

  1. Login to AMP.

    Login button for Support Center
  2. Under your account name, click the cPanel button. You will then be redirected and automatically logged into cPanel.

Login to cPanel through your browser address bar

There are many different URLs you can use to login to cPanel directly.

Login by Adding ‘/cpanel’ to the End of your Domain

  1. Visit the following URL to get to your cPanel login:

    example.com/cpanel

Note! Replace the term example.com with your actual domain name.

  2. Type in your cPanel username and password. Your cPanel Username can be found in your technical details in AMP. If you do not know your password, you can reset it in AMP.
    cPanel Login Screen

Login by Adding ‘cpanel.’ to the Start of your Domain

  1. Visit the following URL to get to your cPanel login:

    cpanel.example.com

Note! Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name.

  2. Type in your cPanel username and password. Your cPanel Username can be found in your technical details in AMP. If you do not know your password, you can reset it by following these instructions.
    cPanel Login Screen

Login by Adding the cPanel Port to the End of your Domain

  1. Visit the following URL to get to your cPanel login:

    example.com:2083

Note! Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name.

  2. Type in your cPanel username and password. Your cPanel Username can be found in your technical details in AMP. If you do not know your password, you can reset it by following these instructions.
    cPanel Login Screen

Login to cPanel using your Server name

You can use either of the above three methods with your Server Name instead of your domain name. This is particularly useful if your domain is still pointed to a different server, or if you have edited your DNS. Please refer to this guide on finding your server name if you are not sure what it is. This will usually look like one of the following examples, just remember to replace ‘secure###‘ with your actual server name.

  • secure###.inmotionhosting.com/cpanel
  • cpanel.secure###.inmotionhosting.com
  • secure###.inmotionhosting.com:2083

Login to cPanel with WHM

If you are on a plan that provides WHM access, you can access cPanel directly from WHM.

  1. Login to your WHM.
  2. Click on the Account Information category in the left-side menu pane.
  3. Click on the List Accounts option.
  4. A list of the cPanels owned by the WHM user will appear. To access one, simply click the cPanel icon.

Now you should be able to see the cPanel just as if you had logged in as the client or cPanel user.

Troubleshooting cPanel Login Issues

I want to reset my cPanel password

To reset your password, please see our tutorial on resetting your cPanel password using AMP.

I am not prompted to login with a Username and Password when attempting to login

If you are not prompted for a username / password when visiting example.com/cpanel, your domain name may have been just registered and isn’t working yet due to propagation, your domain may not be pointing to our servers, or you’re using an internet connection in which the cPanel ports (2082 / 2083) are blocked. Usually trying one of the following will resolve these issues:

  • Use cpanel.example.com instead of example.com/cpanel.(This uses the cPanel proxy, which accesses cPanel over the standard port 80 vs. 2082 / 2083)
  • Use your temporary cPanel URL, such as biz###.inmotionhosting.com/cpanel.

I am entering a username and password, but they are not being accepted

If your username and password are not being accepted when logging into cPanel, it could be one of these issues:

404 Error

If you are getting a 404 error, check out the following guide.

    1. Hi Sam, sorry that you’re having trouble getting logged in. I went to cPanel login page of the URL you provided, and the cPanel login page popped right up. Are you unable to reach the login page itself? If so, you may have been accidentally blocked by security software and need to either wait for that to clear up or contact our support team with your IP address to remove your temporary block.

If you can reach the login screen but cannot login from there, you can either reset your cPanel password or login to your Account Management Panel (AMP) and go to cPanel from there. Hope that helps!

    2. Same for me, your Login links and chat support aren’t working at all. I kinda regret proceeding on the purchase.

      1. Hi Lorenze, I’m sorry that you’re having trouble logging in. Which login link are you having trouble with? Are you able to reach the cPanel login page, and having trouble from there, or is the page itself unavailable?

  1. My cpanel is showing the message bellow: Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

I would like to know how can I fix this???

    1. Hi Sergio. I’m sorry to see you are receiving this message regarding your disk space being full. You will need to remove some data (files, emails, etc) to free up disk space before you will be able to access your cPanel. If you are unable to SSH into the server, then you will need to contact live technical support to assist you with the deletion of your data or upgrade your account to allow the additional disk space to enter your cPanel. I hope this helps!

  2. cpanel.example.com

This link doesn’t open my website cPanel ;  I had tried the following attempts

    cpanel.liansenghardware.com

    cpanel.liansenghardware.com.sg

    cpanel.www.liansenghardware.com

    cpanel.www.liansenghardware.com.sg

    www.liansenghardware.com.sg/cpanel

    https://192.168.0.1:2083

All of the above doesn’r work well. First link above direct me to virus website.

Please advice how do we access to cPanel?

    1. The IP address you put here appears to be a local, self-assigned address. That will not reach our servers. I advise contacting our Live Support team to help you troubleshoot your domain.

  3. Hola buenas tardes, es posible que inmotion hosting tenga la informacion de mi pagina a pesar de ser borrada toda la informacion que habia? …

    1. Hello,

You will need to speak with our live technical support team in order to determine if your site remains on our server.

    1. After logging into cPanel, click the Email Accounts link in the Email section, there you can view all the email addresses and reset the password if necessary.

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

  4. I cant login into cpanel. as is shown above I tried the same way…

is there another way to login into cpanel

    1. If the above are not working you can also try going to https://yourdomain.com:2083 or use your IP https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2083.

  5. Hi,

I followed cPanel instructions to upload all my files to my domain, extracted all my files but it doesn’t run on internet. I uploaded my files again but the wesite still doesn’t work. Please help

    Thank you

    1. If you can send but not receive it most likely means the MX record for your domain is not pointing to your server. I would check to make sure that the MX record is pointed to the address of your mail server.

  6. So I am supposed to logion to cpanel for a college class, however I click the link I was given and it either takes too long to connect to the web page and gives up or it doesn’t try at all and simply gives up. I will not be able to complete my classes if I never get into it.

  7. log in attempt showing login invalid while i am trying to log in cpanel or whm.  I’m sure the password is correct. It has been 2 hour since i purchased the reseller package. Please help

    1. I made an account from whm wowapp.sg and when i open its cpanel with this url wowapp.sg/cpanel it redirects me to my server url example: servername.inmotionhosting.com/2083 like this so where I did mistake.

  8. Cannot access cpanel, keep getting demand for user name/password, which I am entering correctly – I have verified it with my web host – webbnet.com. Eventually I get an Access Denied page refering to some kind of security update. I am very puzzled about this, it makes no sense at all. Using latest Firefox browser in a Win 7 environment.

    1. I’d suggest you reach out to your webhost. If you cannot access their cPanel, they should be troubleshooting the issue with you.

    1. cPanel would not use an email address to log in. However AMP and webmail would. If what you have on record for the username and password is not working, I suggest resetting your password.

    2. Your AMP account is automatically created when your hosting account is opened. You can log in at https://secure1.inmotionhosting.com

  9. Is there a way to see what email you have set up to your AMP account? I’m working on a school club website that was set up before I got there, and I have all the cpanel access passwords but nobody can figure out what the AMP account email or password was because the guy who set it up graduated.

    Thanks.

    1. We can certainly help with that. You will just need to contact Support and provide account verification. The primary email account is considered privileged information.

  10. Upon logging into AMP. The only shaded box that shows up is the default “Manage My Account”. My domain’s shaded box is missing?

How do I get it to show up so I can click on cPanel?

    Thank you!

    1. Do you have a domain name on a separate account? Have you tried the other methods for accessing the cPanel login page?

    1. Hello Kharisma28,

In order to create an email account with our hosting service, you first have to subscribe to our hosting service. When you subscribe to the hosting service, you typically will provide a registered domain name for your account. This domain name is the one that can be used to configure email addresses on your account. See Creating an email account in cPanel for the steps required to create the account.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

      Regards,
      Arnel C.

    2. I’m having a terrible time trying to log in to Cpanel (ANY of the methods). It lets me log in once in a blue moon which is NOT ok. And I use a password manager, so no, there’s no probability that I’m typing the password wrong (or that it’s stored wrong, b/c then it would be never instead of once in a blue moon). Please advise ASAP, I can’t build my website!!!

    3. Sorry to hear you are having issues with logging in. From here, we cannot assist directly as we would need your login information to test. You may want to contact Live Support so they can work with you in real time, you can give them sensitive information in private, and they can watch real time logs if needed.

  11. Hi there. I haven’t posted on my blog for over a year and a half. It’s www.ThisNest.com. Now I’m trying to log in, but I’m unable to using my own email address. I’ve tried both that it could be. Is it possible someone messed with my site’s log in? I don’t know the password either so, in trying to get the pw reset link sent to my email, my email address is being requested, but not recognized. Help!

    1. Hello Donna,

I regret to hear you’re having trouble logging into your account. Remember you’ll need to use your email address to log into your Account Management Panel (AMP), but your cPanel username is different.

If you can verify your account ownership over a live contact with us I suggest contacting Live Support, so we can help you get your access back.

  12. Hey so I have the power plan for my hosting and just bought a second domain. I want to use the second domain as a seperate website. Not as a parked or addon domain. How do I go about doing this?

    1. Hello Ethan,

You would need to use it as an addon domain or upgrade to either a reseller plan or a VPS/Dedicated plan in order to have multiple cPanel accounts.

      Best Regards,
      TJ Edens

    1. thank you @John paul bt i dont access my htaccess file, where is located plzz tell me brief ?
      my website is : www.digiclayinfotech.com

    2. Hello Sandy0052,

The .htaccess can be in multiple places. Check out this tutorial in order to find the .htaccess file on your account.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

      Regards,
      Arnel C.

  13. Hi! I got error logging in at my website’s cpanel through chrome. It says “Connection time out. Please try again”. I can access cpanel via ftp but not trough browser. Before I could log in via chrome but now I can’t. I tried deactivating all the plugins and change my website theme to twenty-twelve but still doesn’t fix the problem. I can’t see tht php.ini either via ftp.

    Please help me.

    1. Hello kirby,

Thank you for contacting us. Your cPanel is completely separate from your WordPress site, so changing plugins/themes will not affect cPanel.

If you are connecting to cPanel like this: https://example.com/cpanel, I recommend trying this instead:
https://cpanel.example.com (be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name)

If your problems persist, I recommend contacting Live Support so they can test your account.

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

    1. Hello Zahir,

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can use any app, or client to check your email.

Just make sure you enter the correct settings. Your email settings can be view in cPanel at any time.

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

  14. when I’m upload modified index, it takes effect immediately but I upload other modified files like product, contact, gallery, aboutus, it doesn’t changed. Why ??

    1. Hello Adrish,

This article is about how to login to the cPanel. Your question does not appear to relate to that. Please create a new question about your issue. Also, give as much detail as possible such as what program you are using, etc.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

  15. Why do you have so many reidrects in place to get to webmail and cPanel??? Each time I try to access either I get a timeout error message:

    Secure Connection Failed

The connection to vps14130.inmotionhosting.com:2083 was interrupted while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

    1. That is not the normal behavior for connecting to the webmail on a VPS. There may be something account specific that needs adjusting. Please try to contact our Live Support so they can help with account specific settings.

  16. Hi!  I’m trying to log in to cPanel for my account and my user name and/or password are not accepted.  Frankly, I’m not sure what my user name is here!  I know my user name and password for my wordpress site, being hosted by you folks.  And I know my domain name and password that I set up.  Perhaps I changed them.  I have not tried to log in to my account since setting it up and perhaps I did not record a change.  Please advise. Should I call you folks?

  17. I had the problem as well.  The work-around it to simply go to

    cpanel.”yourdomain”

Rather than coming through AMP (Account Management Panel) first then log onto cpanel.

  18. i have this problem if i open my website admin with passeword and login i see thi error

ERROR: We are sorry! You dont have a radio hosting or service. Please contact your hosting provider.

    1. Hello Cheryl,

The password used to log into the cPanel is specific to cPanel. It is not shared with any other login. Have you tried the reset instructions that are linked in the article?

    2. Hello Walid,

What CMS are you using and what service are you trying to use? That is not a cPanel specific error that we are aware of.

    3. Hello Avishay

What is your specific issue? Are you getting any errors? Have you tried the links above for resetting the password?

    1. Hello David,

Try either clearing your cookies or open a new browser to log into your cPanel. However there should be a text box for you to re-enter you cPanel password to continue.

      Kindest Regards,
      TJ Edens

    2. explain what login password to use in the cpanel as that is what did not get answered and therefore cannot login because I do not know what password the system is looking for.

  19. Unfortunately, that link is broken.

The server at cpanel.example.com can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chromefrom accessing the network.
    Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
  20. Screenshots sent.  Subject Line is:

RE: NEW COMMENT – cPanel Login | InMotion Hosting – This website has been reported as unsafe

    1. We got your email and unfortunately, what your antivirus blocks is completely out of our control. Using the cPanel proxy, however, may resolve the issue for you. To access cPanel using the proxy, simply visit https://cpanel.example.com, of course replacing example.com with your domain.

  21. I cannot access my server, I cannot log into cpanel.  You asked for a screen cap, if you send me your e-mail I’ll send you the screen cap.

This is not happening on any other server.

    1. Hello Linda,

You can seen the screenshot to [email protected]. That email gets thousands of emails a day.\, so please be sure to reply here with the subject of the email so we can find it.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

  22. I’m unable to paste my screencap here.  Ctl + V isn’t working.

I’m using Webroot Secure Anywhere for my Anti Virus.

    I am NOT blocking JS

    1. Hello Linda,

Images are not allowed to be attached to the comments for security reasons. You would need to upload the image to either your server or an image sharing site and provide the link.

Are you able to test any other antivirus software? Do you receive the error with any other websites?

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

  23. My cPanel login is blocked by my AntiVirus software.  Allowing the blocked site is not working.  I’ve tried in both Chrome and Firefox.

    https://secure144.inmotionhosting.com:2083/login/

We recommend that you don’t continue to this website because it is reported to contain the following threats:

    1. Hello Linda,

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to see you are getting security warnings. I went to the address you provided, but I am not getting a warning.

We are happy to help, but will need some additional information or screenshots.

What antivirus are you using? Are you getting this warning on other sites?

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

    2. Hello marcial,

Thank you for contacting us. We are happy to assist you , but it is not clear what you are asking.

Could you provide more information on what you are trying to accomplish?

      Thank you,

    1. Hello Suren,

Thank you for your question. Please contact Live Support, so they can help you change your theme. This is because there is currently a problem when you attempt to switch back.

      Thank you,

  24. I am so tired of login problems with Inmotion. You would think that when one of the most FAQ is about login problems with cPanel that would be a clue that it is confusing and cumbersome to use. I find it a pain in the ass to have to login to AMP to login to cPanel and then there’s a whole different login for support. And once I enter the passwords my computer takes forever to actually login. Don’t have this problem with other login websites. Just had to vent.

    1. I understand how it can be frustrating. You actually do not have to log into AMP to get to cPanel. To go directly to cPanel, you may following option #2 within this article. Typically, logging into cPanel only takes a couple of seconds so if it is taking much longer for you, there may be some additional issues here somewhere. Have you tried using a different browser?

  25. hello. I am hosting my visit and it error message

ERROR: We are sorry! You dont have a radio hosting or service. Please contact your hosting provider.

    1. Hello,

Are you one of our current customers so we can check your account? What program are you using? What is the behavior you are expecting? Do you have any specific steps and URLs we can follow in order to duplicate and test the error?

      Kindest Regards,

  26. Hello, I reset my password through AMP and can login correctly there. However, when I ty login via the cPanel I get the Login ‘attemot failed’ message, please look into to this. Username: ******* Thanks

    1. Hello Nikki & Lee,

Thank you for your question. If you are not automatically logged into cPanel via AMP, this usually means the password is different (for AMP and cPanel).

You can click the Forgot password link on the cPanel login page, to reset the password. The email will go to the Primary contact email for the account.

If your trouble persist, you can also contact Live Tech Support, since they are available 24/7 365 days a year.

Since this is a public forum, I have marked out your clients account specific information for security purposes.

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

    2. Hello Lee,

Thank you for contacting us today, regarding Logging into cPanel. Please see my answer above, since you are having similar problems.

      Thank you,

    1. Hello Mingma,

I looked up the Whois for your domain, and it is hosted with Network Solutions.

I don not believe that they use cPanel, but here is a link to their guide on accessing the hosting control panel.

      Thank you,
      John-Paul

    2. I was hired to fix Troy ***** website (******************.com) I have the username and password but cannot access the cpanel. I have tried several times to access my Cpanel through AMP, as directed. It still does not accept the password and I am unable to login to the CPanel but I can everywhere else in the account. HELP!

  27. Hi,

I can’t log in Cpanel many times ( I don’t think my  password is incorrect)I have tried several times to reset my Cpanel through AMP, as directed. It still does not accept the reset password and now will not even give me the option to reset it on the Cpanel login page. HELP!

    Thank you,

    Yinan Liu

    1. Hello Rich,

Thanks for the comment. cPanel is not made by our company, and it should be noted that it (cPanel) is one of the more popular interfaces used by hosting companies using Linux-based shared hosting. We always do work towards trying to make things easier for our customers, so if you any specific feedback, please let us know.

      Regards,
      Arnel C.

    2. Hello Yinan Liu,

Sorry for the problem with your cPanel login. Make sure that you are using the correct steps to replace the password in AMP. Otherwise, if you continue to have problem then please contact our live technical support team via chat/phone/email. They will need to verify your identity with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password.

I hope that helps you resolve your login issue. If you continue to have problems, please let us know.

      Regards,
      Arnel C.

  28. Hi, I tried to log into cpanel and it isn’t accepting my password. I went into AMP and reset the cpanel password through there, but when i went to put the new password, it still wasn’t accepting. I did this multiple times and still not working.

    Your help is appreciated!

    -Tejus

    1. Hello Tejus,

Thank you for your question. It sounds like there may be an issue if you reset your cPanel password from AMP, and it is still not working.

Since this is just our public forums, please contact Live Support so they can assist you with resetting your password in a private setting.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
      Thank you,

      -John-Paul

    2. you make it WAY too complicated / I had suirrel mail at a previous job a couple of years ago and my employer
at the present time decides to try / IT SUCKS

  29. I have just replaced my crashed hard-drive. I’ve lost my ability to use my free  Microsoft office outlook e-mail system which I have been useing for a long time. I have a user I.D. & password but need specific instructions as to how to reestablish & use the same email system & to use & recover missing messages using my same email address. Please advise soonest. Much Thanks

    1. Hello CDH,

Outlook is an email client that connects to the server. Most people today set it up using the IMAP protocol, meaning that what you see via Outlook is a reflection of what is on the server and not from the local machine. If that is the case with you, then you should be able to simply log into the webmail with your email address and password to see all your mails. As long as nothing was saved locally to your machine, it will all still be there for you. You can continue to use the webmail until you get another email client. Check into Outlook Express or ThunderBird, both free.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

  30. Hi,

I signed up with inmotion early this year with domain name example.com. I know I applied for three email addresses. I am now having a really difficult time accessing my email. Need your help. Thanks!

    1. Hello Yenny, thanks for signing up with us!

I went ahead and replaced your domain with example.com, as this is viewed by the public.

If you already decided to create an email account in cPanel for your domain, the next step would be logging in. I’m guessing this is the problem that you’re having?

Once you’ve got the email accounts created, you can either login to webmail with them. Or if you prefer to check email from your desktop or mobile device, we have a guide on getting started with email that covers most of those applications.

Please let us know if you needed anything else.

      – Jacob

    2. when logging in, we get an error stating web address cannot be found.. Internet is operating ok here in the building and other web address’s can be accessed. Our email is down as well, this is what prompted the log in.

    3. Hello Mike,

Thank you for your question. Were you able to access cPanel From AMP?

I recommend checking the domain, to make sure it was renewed successfully with your registrar. I could not find a domain associated with your email address, so it may be registered somewhere else.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
      Thank you,

      -John-Paul

  31. my cPanel password does not work. its the same as AMP. addressbar entry does not work either.

    1. Hello Bryant,

You will want to reset your cPanel password so that you can get back into your account.

I noticed it looks like you just signed up, and also changed your domain name. You could possibly be dealing with DNS propagation. I would recommend trying to login directly to cPanel using your server’s address at:

      https://biz152.inmotionhosting.com/cpanel

  32. I haven’t been in to edit my website in quite a while.  Wow! Some impressive changes.  But I need to know how to get to the place where I can edit the website.  Thanks.

    1. Hello Barb, and thanks for your comment.

It looks like you might possibly have a Moodle powered website. So if you’ve forgotten your admin password you can always reset the Moodle admin password by logging into cPanel and using phpMyAdmin.

The Moodle admin dashboard is typically accessed by simply going to your domain followed by /admin such as https://example.com/admin.

If it’s not your Moodle website you’re trying to get into, you might want to contact live support by clicking on Support Chat at the top-right hand side of our website. This way we can talk to you directly about your specific account, rather than in this public post.

  33. I think i am overlooking something really obvious and would appreciate some help finding out how to enforce encrypted login to cpanel and webmail. It appears that login credentials are sent in clear text. That’s makes me shudder.
Considering we aren’t permitted to ssh in, (ssh using 4096 pgp keys isn’t the worst way to access a server) is how can i manage/use our account in a moderately secure fashion?

Many thanks for any light you can shed on the above.

    1. All servers have the ability to connect over SSL. To do so, access port 2083 when logging into cPanel. This would be done like the following:
      https://bizXXX.inmotionhosting.com:2083
Of course, replace your bizXXX with your server name.

  34. I just added an additional hosting account bringing my total to two. The primary email address is the same for both. When I log into AMP, I am prompted to choose a primary domain name from the two I manage. When I select the new domain, it takes me to the old domain. It seems to default to that despite my selection. I really just want to get into the cPanel on my new domain, and I thought this would be the easiest way. Is there another way to access it for the first time?

    1. Hello Julie, thanks for the comment.

Sorry to hear about the issues you’re having with your accounts. I just tested it myself with the internal tool we have to impersonate an account temporarily, and it seemed to work there. But we would like to bring this up with our development team to make sure that we didn’t miss something. If you wouldn’t mind letting us know what type of web-browser you’re using when having the issues, and if possibly trying another one temporarily solves the problem for you, that would be very helpful for troubleshooting purposes to narrow it down.

You can use the direct cPanel method of just going to https://example.com/cpanel, of course replacing example.com with your new domain name that you’re trying to log into. If you don’t have these credentials you can submit a verified ticket from your old account requesting the credentials to the new one.

Please let us know if you’re still having any issues gaining access to your account.

  35. How long does it take to be able to log into the control panel once the account has been purchased and confirmed?

I am not able to log into either the temporary control panel URL or the  permanent one. Neither from the AMP or directly from the browser. I have created my new password when I logged into my account the first time. My account was confirmed a few hours ago over the phone.

When I link to it from the AMP main page and the temp URL in the “account technical details”, I get a “This webpage is unavailable” message.

When I go through the permanent URL I get the login page but I can’t login. I don’t get a message saying the login or password is incorrect (I tried with an incorrect one and it gave me an error message).

    Can anyone help please? Thanks!

    1. Hello Larry,

If you are logging in via the AMP and have multiple hosting accounts you should be prompted for a domain name to specify UNLESS the primary email addresses are different. In that case, simply using the primary email address will point you to the right account.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

    2. Hello,

If you receive a failed login message when trying to log into your cPanel, be sure that you are using the correct cPanel username and password.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

    3. Hello,

After confirmation you should be able to get in within 20 minutes. Without specific account information, I am unable to check into your account. Do not post it here, however. Please contact our live support team so they can check into it for you.

      Kindest Regards,
      Scott M

  36. Am getting rejections when trying to add email accounts:

Error: File open for /home/bearll5.net/passwd failed with error No such file or directory

  37. I have two accounts I manage through my login of [email protected]: friedensucc.org and crmin.com. in the past I would be prompted to select the domain during the login process. Recently I have not been prompted, I am automatically sent to friedensucc.org. How do I get to crmin.com?

    Thanks,

  38. I have tried several times to reset my Cpanel through AMP, as directed. It still does not accept the reset password and now will not even give me the option to reset it on the Cpanel login page. HELP!

    Thank you,

  39. Hello Daniel,

I looked up crispmail, and it has our name on the title of the page, but the website is not owned by InMotion Hosting.

Since this appears to be a portal to regular webmail, I recommend reading our guide on Logging into Webmail.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
    Thank you,

    -John-Paul
