Hey everyone! I am trying to create a web gallery on this page: http://www.celebrationgardenclub.org/gallery however the thumbnails do not load. We reached out to the developer of the WordPress template, and they say it is a server side issue that likely is tied to our hosting provider/plan.

Anyone have some insight? We are using the "Eco Nature - Boxed" theme from CMSmasters, bought from themeforest. http://themeforest.net/item/eco-nature-environment-ecology-wordpress-theme/8497776

We also have gotten a few messages saying we have high resource usage...and I also can't figure out where that is coming from.

Any help would be appreciated!

We have the "Launch" plan from inmotion hosting, running WordPress .

Hello,

You can try the plugin Force Regenerate Thumbnails as it has better success on generating thumbnails then relying on Image Magick. If you are getting emails stating you are using high amounts of resources please contact our support team at support@inmotionhosting.com and request an account review.

Thanks TJ, I will check that plugin and see if it corrects the issue. I have noticed that if we stop the page from loading by hitting the "stop" button on the browser the thumbnails will load.

Hello EOppegaard,

I reloaded your website and I was able to see the thumbnails load up. It was slow but that could just be from the website needing to be optimized. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?

Thanks TJ, I actually am running the regenerate thumbnails plugin now. I have cleared my cache, and we are also running the Super Cache plugin as well per the advice we found in your support section. I just tried loading the page myself...and the thumbnails did eventually load. Horray! Now I just have to figure out why they are taking so long.

Hey TJ, the first page seems to move quicker now...however when I try to open the second page it also seems to hang. http://celebrationgardenclub.org/gallery/page/2/

Hello EOppegaard,

The load issues may be caused by another plugin or section of your website. I would recommend responding to the email you received about having a high resource usage so that way a systems administrator will review your account.
