I've been trying to get the Feature Gallery plugin to work, I watched several instruction videos including yours and followed all the steps, but the photos are not showing up, it is only the blank black box with a rotating rod as if something was about to load but the pics are not showing up. If i hover over it the titles of the posts do show up in the gallery box but not the pics. I have it set for post & pages and made sure to include the correct number for the posts. I am using the Voyage theme and my blog is at Please help!

Hello RestlessCuriosity,

Sorry to hear the problems about the Feature Gallery plugin! I looked to see if you have an account with us, but it appears you're hosting elsewhere. I can't see how you've configured the gallery. It may have something to do with the pictures themselves, maybe the path - I'm not sure since I can't see your installation.

In researching this issue, the closest thing to a possible answer that I found was this post here:

Working togehter with jQuery and MooTools.

I'm not sure if the same solution will work for you, but it's a possibility, so I have listed the article.

Try that first, and then if all else fails try disabling all of your plugins, but keeping the Featured Gallery one running by itself. Re-load it if necessary (by itself) and see if this doesn't narrow down the issue. If you're running multiple plugins, it's very possible that something running on WordPress is conflicting.

I hope this helps get you closer to resolving your problem! Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

Thanks Arnel for taking the time to answer! I've been so frustrated and desperate for a solution did not even notice your forum belonged to a hosting service :) I tried using the code, perhaps I am putting it in the wrong file, because the pics are still not showing up, i'll keep trying. Thanks again for replying.

Hello RestlessCuriosity!

Thanks for your response and sorry again for the frustration you've been having. Make sure to try disabling your other plugins (at least temporarily) to see if there is a conflict. That can very often be the case. Don't worry about the hosting company issue - I was just hoping to be able to test the issue myself on your account to find an answer. Our community support pages are to help anyone who asks a question- customer or not. We cover the Support Center live from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
