Specifically I am trying to connect the WHMCS to WHM. When i am in the WHMCS i am going to page servers by going to the tab "set-up" -> products/services -> servers. I am therefore filling the server details out and getting the error "FAILED: WHM Username is missing for the selected server" when i try to the test the server with details i have inputted

Hello MHR,

Thank you for your question on server settings in WHMCS. Unfortunately your question is a bit vague. We would need to know what you are doing specifically. Please provide the exact steps you are following in order to get the error message. The message itself seems that it is missing a setting of some sort. Be sure to check the configuration of the feature you are working with to ensure that is set.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Hello MHR,

I tried looking up the error message in Google and did not get anything that was helpful. My next suggestion would be to check the documentation for WHMCS as it is very thorough. After that, they do have support, which ranges from free forums to a paid service.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

I had similar issues what worked for me was to tick the disable server first.
then apply the settings, go back in and enable the server. then the login worked.

Not sure why this did the trick, but it worked! Thanks!
